Ladies and Gentlemen is an original quirky black and white print inspired by a fragment of old Pennsylvania Dutch folk art depicting Mr and Mrs George Washington in which both parties are wearing wonderful hats.

In our version they have been joined not only by a cat and a dog but also by three other couples, all dressed in their best, and drawn in a similarly naive and simple style. The paper is intended as wrapping paper but has been found to have unexpected uses in collage, puppet-making and is crying out to be coloured in. The paper is a matte 90gsm ivory stock of archiving quality printed in dense black vegetable-oil based ink and measures 50 cm x 70 cm.
