You should be aware that we are currently experiencing a very high level of demand and struggling to keep up. Our ability to pack orders is the limiting factor, due to covid-safe distancing requirements. Our lead time is much longer than usual: in the region of a month. It is also taking us longer to respond to emails. Please be patient.

If you already have a username and password, please enter them here to proceed to your account. When you have entered an order you may find that your account has been placed ‘on hold’ when you check back. This is not a sign of a problem, but is just a quirk of our system, which automatically reactivates your account once the order has been processed. Please do not email to enquire about your status. If there is a problem, such an outstanding statement, we will contact you!

If you are not currently a Cambridge Imprint stockist, we are not currently taking on new customers. However you can ask to be put on a waiting list. If your trade account has lapsed and you are seeking to reactivate it, please contact us via email first.
